Thinly slice two Pink Lady® apples. Add the sliced apple to a frying pan with 1 tsp butter. Cook the apple until golden brown, around 2 minutes each side.
Add 500ml semi skimmed milk and 85g porridge oats to a saucepan. Cook over a medium heat, stirring gently until thick and creamy, around 5-7 minutes. Add extra milk to the porridge if it starts to become too thick.
Serve the porridge hot, topped with the pan-fried apples, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a drizzle of honey. For crunch add some flaked almonds.
