Crunchy Granola Applewiches

Pink Lady® has teamed up with food blogger “Food to Glow” to create this recipe for bite-sized applewiches. Try it as a mid-afternoon snack or get the kids to help you spread the peanut butter and sprinkle the granola for a fun activity in the kitchen.

You can also freeze the finished applewiches to take to work or school. Healthy and delicious Snackisfaction®!

Full preparation

  1. Cut each apple into 6 rings and carefully remove the core from each rings.

  2. Take two equal-sized apple rings and smear each with 1 tsp of the peanut butter. Top one of the rings with 1 tbsp of the granola. Top with the other apple ring, peanut butter side down, to make an applewich.

  3. Carry on with the remaining apple rings and either eat immediately or open-freeze and wrap the frozen applewiches in parchment paper for a convenient healthy snack.
