2 x 50g chunks of your favourite cheese – we used Gorwydd Caerphilly and Stichelton
1 Pink Lady® apple
2 sticks of celery
1/4 cucumber or a handful of radishes
4 thick slices bread
2 tbsp piccalilli or your own choice of chutney
