Griddled Brioche Topped with Honey Ricotta, Pink Lady® Apple, and Zespri™ Sungold™ Kiwi

Full preparation

  1. Whack a griddle pan on a high heat and once hot, add the brioche slices. Char lightly on each side – this should only take a couple of minutes

  2. Mix the ricotta and honey in a bowl, season with a little black pepper and then spread onto the toasted brioche

  3. Top with the Pink Lady and Zespri kiwi slices. Add a grind of black pepper if desired, drizzle over a bit more honey if you like and enjoy!
