Pink Lady® Peanut Butter and Rosemary Croissants

Pink Lady® Peanut Butter and Rosemary Croissants

Apple slices dunked in peanut butter is a classic snack we all know and love. For a grown-up and completely moreish afternoon pick-me-up, try spreading halved, warmed croissants with crunchy peanut butter and thin slices of Pink Lady®. A delicious snack that works just as well for breakfast on the go.

Full preparation

  1. If using ready-to-bake mini croissants, preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6 and bake the frozen croissants for 12-15 minutes, or according to the packet instructions until golden brown and cooked through. If using ordinary mini croissants, warm the croissants through for 3-5 minutes.

  2. Leave to cool for 5 minutes, then halve the croissants and spread each with half a tablespoon of the peanut butter. Scatter with the chopped rosemary.

  3. Toss the Pink Lady® slices with the lemon juice, then arrange them over the croissant halves. Sandwich the top of each croissant over the apple slices and serve warm, with the remaining Pink Lady® slices alongside.
