Why is this the Ultimate Apple Crumble?

Enjoy sweet Pink Lady® apples nestled underneath a nutty hazelnut oat topping. That's more texture and a naturally great taste in every bite.
How to prepare:
Preheat your oven to 170°C. Peel, core and dice the Pink Lady® apples into roughly 1 inch cubes. Measure out filling ingredients.
How to make the apple filling:
In a large saucepan add the butter to melt and then put in all the diced Pink Lady® apples. Add the water, golden caster sugar, cinnamon, lemon and plain flour to the apples, stir well and start cooking on a medium heat to soften the apples. This will take roughly 15 minutes to soften, stirring all the time.
How to make the topping:
In a large bowl add the oats, demerara sugar, self raising flour, chopped hazelnuts and pour over the melted butter and vanilla extract. Stir it all together to make it into crumbly oaty nutty goodness to top your softened apples.
How to bring it together:
In a heatproof dish roughly 28 x 25 cm - this can be rectangular, oval, round or whatever you have as long as it as at least a few inches deep for the crumble.
Fill the dish with the softened apples and top with the crumble mix making sure all the apples are completely covered.
