  • 1 - frozen banana, peeled
  • 1 - cup of vegan yoghurt
  • 1 - large Pink Lady® apple, washed and cut up into chunks, core and stem removed
  • 1/2 cup - gluten free oats
  • 2 teaspoons - chia or flax seeds
  • 2 teaspoons - ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons - vanilla powder or extract
  • 1 cup - plant-based milk (for example almond or rice milk)
  • 2 teaspoons - beetroot powder or freeze dried raspberry powder (optional)

Supplementary ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup - maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup - chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup - oats, nut or seeds
  • handful - edible flowers
  • 4 slices - Pink Lady® apple

Full preparation

  1. Place all the smoothie ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately and add the toppings of your choice
