Pink Lady® food photographer of the year

Welcome to a celebration of food photography at its best and most inspiring. Good food is part of every special occasion and a great meal or a snack can make any day better.

Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year is inspired by all the beautiful food photography we see out there all the time. From eye-catching advertising hoardings, to sumptuous editorial features, from tempting food packaging to daily blogs. We are looking for professional and amateur photographers in our search for all the best pictures of the wonderfully varied subject of food.

There are 16 different categories to choose from, below are just a few, to see them all visit the Pink Lady® Food Photographer of the Year website.

Food For The Family

We are seeking images showing families eating in an everyday context, anywhere in the world. Whether at home or out, at breakfast or TV supper.

Bring Home The Harvest

We want to see images of gathering in food. Whether hunting, shooting, cropping lettuce in a vegetable garden, cutting guava or even shopping in a supermarket.

Cream Of The Crop

We want to see the very best product shots, from muddy bunches of carrots to a bowl of rice or coffee beans, to a side of beef or a gleaming platter of fresh fish.

We are proud to say that there’s even a category dedicated to our distinctive apples. With our Pink Lady® Apple a Day category, we are looking for the most beautiful, inspiring, appealing and creative photographs of Pink Lady® apples.

To judge the photographs we have a panel of well-respected experts from Jay Rayner, writer and journalist to Michel Roux Jnr, chef and TV personality.
